		<description><![CDATA[Thanks Donna for the mention.  I enjoy using FastStone Capture because it allows me to do simple editing, downsizing, adding graphics, etc all at one place.  Most of the digital pictures and scans I make are far too big for blogging --- so this capture tool gets them down to size and lets me &quot;fix&quot; some of the problems.
