I think it’s great how you got to travel to where your ancestors came from.

Much has changed since 2006 on the Hauptplatz. It has been completely redone, including the Rathaus.

Despite the modern building now found behind the debt-tower, it is nice that some of the old landmarks in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm have survived. I enjoyed reading your story!
