Finn, USN (Ret.). He is also the last surviving Medal of Honor, &quot;The Day of Infamy&quot;, Japanese Attack on the Hawaiian Islands, Naval Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Territory of Hawaii, 7 December 1941.
