		<description><![CDATA[When I see what we get that replaces video cassette recorders - cable boxes, flash drives, iPods, video phones and all the rest, it is hard to be sad!
And it is not as if the data will be lost: In our video biography business we are always converting (or having converted) old video cassettes, 16 mm, video8 and all the rest. All of the old stuff can now be accessed better than ever before.
BTW, there is a Panasonic machine that plays both video cassettes and DVDs and can record to either (and between the two).
