Cheryl, neither one remembers it – they really didn’t live in that neighborhood although my dad didn’t live too far away. It was actually my mom’s first time to that particular dance and they only went back there once afterwards!

This was very nicely written. It was easy to picture them dancing .
Did your parents ever mention a bakery near St. Boniface on Diamond Street? If they say yes, then I will tell you my story.
