I enjoyed reading about your family discoveries and it brought back memories of a visit to Warsaw in 2006. We found the city’s history, architecture and monuments very powerful and it was a moving experience that we won’t forget.

Thanks for the post and the accompanying photo. My great-great-grandfather also lived on Ulica Piwna at number 96 in 1845 and 1846 so it is really nice to see the view of the street.
